We're so thrilled to welcome you to our wedding celebration in Sundance, Utah.
As we began planning the weekend, we knew we wanted to create an experience that felt as meaningful as the day itself. We chose Sundance because it has a way of bringing people together. Everything is within reach, the pace is unhurried, and the moments in between become just as memorable as the ones on the schedule.
We're so looking forward to sharing one of our favorite places with all of our favorite people. Our hope is that you'll experience everything that makes Sundance so special to us and leave with a little piece of all the people we love.

The Welcome Party
Thursday, June 24th

For those arriving on Thursday, we'd love for you to join us at one of our favorite spots on the mountain, The Owl Bar, for drinks and not so light bites.
Make sure to bring your ID as it is required for entry.
BEARCLAW
THE NIGHT BEFORE
Friday, June 25th
6-9 PM
Location: Bearclaw Summit
Attire: Cocktail
Join us the evening before the wedding for dinner, drinks, music, and sweeping sunset views from the mountain summit.
The chairlift will be your transportation for the evening, taking you on a scenic 40-minute ride through the mountains before arriving at the summit. Please arrive at Red's Lift, located at the base of the mountain, between 5:15 and 5:45 PM. See you at the top!
Make sure to bring your ID as it will be required at the bar on the mountain.
THE WEDDING
CEREMONY & RECEPTION
Saturday, June 26th
5 PM
Ceremony Location: Mandan Summit
Reception Location: Rehearsal Hall
Attire: Black Tie
The ceremony will take place at Mandan Summit, a seven-minute chairlift ride from the base. Please arrive at the base of Red's Lift by 4:15 PM.
After the ceremony, guests will return to the base of the mountain, where we'll continue the celebration with cocktail hour and the reception at Rehearsal Hall.

The Inn at Sundance
We've arranged a room block at the Inn at Sundance so our family and friends can enjoy the weekend together.

Our preferred room rates are available for stays between June 21 and June 30.
Travel
Salt Lake City Airport
We recommend flying into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), located about an hour from Sundance Resort.
If you have a little extra time on your journey to Sundance, we recommend taking the scenic route through Provo Canyon from SLC. The drive offers a beautiful introduction to the landscape and is well worth the extra time.
